New clients must check in at least 15 minutes before class so we can safely set you up. Returning clients may not enter after the 5-minute grace period once class has begun.
Kindness: We do not tolerate unkindness toward staff or fellow community members. Please be thoughtful in your interactions and direct any concerns privately to management.
No Self-directed Instruction: We value the experience of moving together. Clients must follow instructor-led choreography or exercises, may forgo exercises, or request modifications. Self-directed exercise or choreography are not permitted, as they pose a safety risk and distract from the communal experience.
